The year 2025 has begun with a storm of violence and rising
tensions in the Middle East. One after another, new wars and conflicts are
breaking out in the region, leaving innocent people to suffer the consequences.
The war between Israel and Palestine is still going on, with no signs of peace
in sight.
And now, yet another tragic development has shaken the
region. Today, Israel has once again carried out airstrikes—this time targeting
Iran’s nuclear facilities. These attacks are being described by many as part of
Israel’s long-running pattern of aggression and destruction, often referred to
as “generational atrocities” because of the lasting damage they cause across
generations in the Middle East.
There seems to be no pause, no break—Israel is not showing
any signs of slowing down its military operations. In response to today’s
attacks, Iran has launched a powerful counterstrike. According to reports, Iran
has sent 100 drones toward Israel as part of its retaliation in Middle East..
The situation is becoming more dangerous by the hour. With
both countries now openly striking each other, fears are growing that this
could turn into a much larger regional war in the Middle East. Ordinary people across the Middle East are watching with fear and uncertainty, unsure of what tomorrow may bring.

To the great Iranian nation! Zionist regime has committed a crime in our dear country today at dawn with its satanic, bloodstained hands. It has revealed its malicious nature even more than before by targeting residential areas.
According to the Israeli Military, around 200 warplanes
launched an attack on Iran overnight, targeting 100 cites across the country. On
the other hand, Iran has reported to International Atomic Energy Agency that
its nuclear sites including Natanz nuclear site and Bushehr nuclear power plant
remain at stable levels and the radiation levels remain at normal.
Pertaining to this, President Trump stated, “Iran cannot
have a nuclear bomb. We’ll hopefully get back to the negotiating table. There
are several people in leadership in Iran who will not be coming back.” However,
the Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry condemned the Israeli attack on Iranian
soil and called it a “blatant violation of international laws and norms.”
To that end, different countries in Iran’s vicinity are
closing their airspace until further notice citing potential risks associated
with the ongoing escalation. The Prime Minister of Britain, Keir Starmer, stated,
“We urge all parties to step back and reduce tensions urgently. This is a
dangerous moment.”
