Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s statement :
— Imran Khan (@ImranKhanPTI) November 9, 2024
Pakistan today is passing through one of its darkest phases, where there is a complete collapse of law and order and brute force is being used unabated to destroy the very foundations of democracy, constitution, and rule of law.…
Ali Amin Gandapur has asked the public at Swabi rally to prepare for a “do or die situation” as the real fight against oppression and injustice in Pakistan for Imran Khan will start now. He stated, “Let me convey a message from Imran Khan. Our leader told me that he would give a call for his release in November and that the workers should start preparation. The workers will not return home till the achievement of this sole objective.”

He further said, “The maltreatment of our leader [Mr. Khan], who always remained peaceful, is unacceptable to us. They [PTI leaders] sought justice, always remained peaceful, and rendered tremendous sacrifices for people’s welfare. The party workers and leaders should tell their families that their stay will be long and they might not come back till Mr. Khan’s release.”

However, it is pertinent to mention here that Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has also conveyed a strong message to government at Swabi rally that they will soon challenge the 26th constitutional amendment in the Supreme Court which has marked a dent on the powers and independence of judiciary and has made the deliverance of justice for the general public a difficult thing. He urged the supporters to also join the movement of PTI against the constitutional amendment.
