However, it is pertinent to mention here that Imran Khan has to appear before the trial court before final bail is granted in this case. As the court’s order states, “The petitioner is cautioned not to misuse the concession of bail and appear before the learned trial court on each and every date of hearing unless a specific exemption is granted by the said court. In the event, the petitioner misuses the concession of bail, it goes without saying that the prosecution can apply for the recall of the bail granting order.”

It should be noted that Barrister Salman Safdar remained the lawyer of Imran Khan in this case and while speaking to media, he stated that as per his knowledge, there are no other cases left against Imran Khan as of now and he will be out of the jail very soon. On the other hand, the government representatives stated that there are still some other cases pending against Imran Khan related to May 9 and he will not be granted bail in a short notice.

It was a hoax trial since, after NAB amendments, this case wasn’t in NAB’s jurisdiction but still they were conducting the trial only to keep him in prison.…
Not to mention, the PTI founder, Imran Khan, and his wife, Bushra Bibi, have been arrested on July 13 in Toshakhana cases and they were sentenced to seven years in prison including a fine of Rs 500,000 each.
