In a latest development, a formal application for meeting Imran Khan at Adiala Jail has been received by the Federal Ministry of Interior. It should be noted that the application has been sent by Barrister Gohar Ali Khan and Hamid Raza. In the request for meeting Imran Khan, it has been stated that the applicants should given immediate access to meet Imran Khan at Adiala Jail as there is a grave concern among the PTI leadership and the workers about the health and well being of the party chairman.

However, it is pertinent to mention here that government has earlier ordered that Imran Khan cannot meet anyone at Adiala Jail till October 19 and the hearing of his cases has also been postponed citing the security threats at Adiala Jail.

But due to the news circulating about Khan’s health conditions as there is no contact of Imran Khan with the outside world, the party leadership is trying hard to find a way to meet him and assure his wellbeing. Due to these reasons, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan and Hamid Raza have sent formal requests to the Interior Ministry regarding the subject matter.
